About Us
The Scottish Atheist Council came into existance on Darwin Day (12th February) 2006. We are a non profit organisation which exists to further the cause of atheism and rational thought in Scotland.
We believe that the time has come for rational freethinking people to stand up to religious mumbo jumbo and decry religion for the superstitious nonsense that it is.
